Providing office accommodations for the TCI Government Investment Agency on the ground floor and upper floor lease space currently let as the national Police Headquarters, this building occupies a prime location in the nation's capital. An existing commercial structure was extensively remodeled and an upper floor added to create a modern professional office environment in historic Grand Turk. Works were carried out by local firm R & J Construction Ltd.
