BCQS Limited were commissioned by the Government of the Cayman Islands to prepare a reinstatement cost assessment for insurances purposes for all properties under the ownership of the Government.

The exercise involved six of our chartered surveyors undertaking comprehensive property inspections of over three hundred buildings and facilities in all three of the islands ranging from small timber boat docks to hospitals, schools and airports.

The final reinstatement cost assessment report was presented to the client summarising properties departmentally with a combined reinstatement value in excess of US$300 million.

The reports were also issued electronically to enable the client to solicit a number of competitive insurance quotations based upon a comprehensive record of the properties to be covered.
