The Palacades is a development of four luxury town houses built on the reef protected beach at Prospect Point on Old Prospect Road. The project was designed by local Architect Chalmers Gibbs Martin Joseph and was constructed by BCQS using the construction management method of procurement. The houses are built in a Spanish Colonial style and benefit from 3000sqft of living area, large cellars, individual pools and luxury fittings.
