Chris joined BCQS's Turks and Caicos office in March 2004, from private practice in London, UK. Specialising in Quantity Surveying, Property Valuation, Fund Monitoring and Developer Representation, Chris has five years Caribbean experience in both the private and public sectors. With further and concurrent experience in The Bahamas, Jamaica and Barbados, Chris now manages BCQSs most recently opened office in St Lucia which is currently involved in a number of residential, commercial and civil engineering projects.
