BCQS International Announces Director Appointment in the British Virgin Islands
British Virgin Islands, 9th April 2014 – BCQS International, the leading Property and Development Consultancy of its kind in the Caribbean region and Latin America announced today the promotion of Associate Director and Chartered Surveyor, Chris Graham to the position of Director, based in the British Virgin Islands. Chris is taking over from BCQS Director, James Hunt, who is going back to the UK with his family after spending 4 years with the BCQS team in BVI. James has been a valuable asset to the company and BCQS wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

In his new position, Chris will be working closely with Director Ben Butler to develop and build on the existing relationships as well as seek out new opportunities in BVI and the surrounding islands.

Chris has over fifteen years of experience providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Appraisal services to public and private sector clients, ten years of which is within the Caribbean Region. His experience covers a wide range of projects from iconic towers, resort hotels and state of the art schools, to boutique office refurbishments and residential homes.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland and is currently working towards his MBA. He is a Professional Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an Executive Council Member of The Cayman Society of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers, (C.A.S.E.).
