BSc, MRICS. Anselmo is an Associate Director based in the Brazil office. He is a visionary Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer with extensive International experience throughout Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, Latin America and Africa. He has directed significant multi million dollar projects, working on a fast track basis within varied multi-cultultural environments. Anselmo heads up BCQS Brazil's project management sector, and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and English. He is also proficient in Italian too.
