Mark Owen

BSc (Hons) ICIOB. Mark is an Associate Director based in Barbados and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Prior to joining the BCQS Group in late 2007, he was a Director at Tower Bucknall Austin in Barbados. Mark has been responsible for delivering quantity surveying, fund monitoring and cost consulting services for a vast number of public sector, private sector and institutional clients for over a decade, both in Barbados and throughout the Eastern Caribbean.
