In 1996, BCQS Property Management Ltd., a sister company was established to provide professional property and facilities management, aimed at adding value to our clients' property interests.
In 1998, Civil and Structural Engineering Ltd., another sister company, was established to provide complete engineering solutions to architects, developers and individual clients.
Collectively, these companies deliver comprehensive independent consulting in their respective disciplines and offer Latin American and Caribbean-wide expertise.

The RICS is the leading membership world wide organization for professionals in property, land, real estate, construction and related environmental issues and has offices globally including London, New York, Hong Kong, Sydney, Dubai and Brussels.
BCQS is an approved consultant for European Union funded projects, the British Government's Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department for International Development (DFID), and the Caribbean Development Bank.
